On behalf of all of us who make up this small team, we want to thank you for choosing us, hoping to satisfy all your expectations. Do not hesitate to come to us in case of doubt or need. Below we offer you a directory that will help you learn about our services.

S´Estancia Suites is a hotel with 19 rooms, on a bed and breakfast basis. It has reception service, buffet breakfast, bar, swimming pool and multifunction room.

RECEPTION:

Open from 7:00 am to 00:00 pm, and available by telephone outside of those hours at the number 0034 683 13 55 88. Main access to the building closed from 00:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs.
Personalized assistance with all types of tourist information, management of reservations for excursions, boats, taxi reservations, etc.
Photocopying service, laundry service and private airport transfer service have an additional charge.
Massage, manicure, makeup service...with previous reservation and additional charge.
Check in is from 2:00 p.m. and check out no later than 11:00 a.m. The late check out option will be subject to availability and occupancy, and the cost is 50 euros until 6:00 p.m.
At the entrance we will provide you with a card with which you can open your room, use the safe and access the building when the main door is closed.
Wi-Fi is free for all our guests, providing them with their individual password on the first day.
There are complaint forms available to customers.

BEDROOMS:

Daily cleaning, change of sheets twice a week, change of towels daily or on request. Optional pillows and duvets depending on availability. Cribs are free on request.
Amenities, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the bathroom.
Dryer.
Coffee and tea maker.
Complimentary bathrobe and slippers.
Plugs with USB on both sides of the bed.
Full minibar with charge. Price list at the end of this directory.

Iron, available at Reception on request.

RESTAURANT:

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Buffet style with a variety of products, most of them local or km. 0
For hygienic and food safety reasons, food cannot be taken outside the premises.

BAR:

The bar is open to the public and its hours are from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
It has a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffees, teas and infusions.
The sale and consumption of alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. (Law 5/2018 of May 3)
The consumption of drinks in the pool area is always permitted with a polycarbonate container.

SWIMMING POOL:

Bathing hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Access will close at 10:00 p.m.
By regulation, the use of inflatables in the water is not allowed except for those essential and necessary for safety.
It is mandatory to shower before bathing.
Minors always under the supervision of an adult. Babies always with diapers suitable for the bath.
It is not allowed to reserve hammocks.

MULTIFUNCTION ROOM:

We have a room with a built-in projector, where you can meet, chat or read quietly.
